If you are the Employer:
Q. What happens if a staff member resigns while doing the course?
A. You will need to advise Upskilled. The student will not receive the qualification if they do not complete the course?
Q. Can I pay for my staff to do the funding even if they do not qualify for the funding?
A. Yes
Q. Is there any other paperwork that we need to fill in during the course?
A. There is paperwork that needs to be filled out such as training plans. The experienced staff at Upskilled will be able to assit you with any additional paperwork required.
Q. Can I send more than one staff member?
A. There is no limit to the number of staff members that your company can enrol onto the training. Obviously, you will only receive funding for those who are eligible.
Q. Can we run the training at our work site?
A. Our public courses are run off site at top quality local locations. We can run “on-site” training. We do have a minimum student number requirement of 10 students per subject.

Q. What will I get when I successfully finish the course?
A. A nationally recognised qualification
Q. How long do the courses run?
A. Our Certificate IV courses generally run for 1 full day per month over an 8 month period. In addition to the instructor lead training, you will have additional assignment and assessment work to complete outside of the classroom.
Q. Is there someone I can talk to during the course to ask questions?
A. Yes. You will be provided contact details of your trainer so that you can ask any questions during the course.

Q. Do I need to purchase texbooks?
A. No. Everything is provided for you.

Q. Do we have Exams towards the certification?
A. There is no Exam at the end of the courses however there are assignments & assessment to help measure levels of competency.
